Oregon nurses: Nation’s 5th highest paid … and they’re on strike

According to Nurse Journal, Oregon ranks the 4th best state for nursing and the 5th highest paid wages for nursing state (Nurse Journal 6/3/2024).

Yet, thousands of Oregon Providence Nurses are on strike for the third week.

When nurses strike they increase patient deaths by 18%.
