HCR 9 memorializes the great Dennis Richardson

House Concurrent Resolution 9 memorializes former Secretary of State and former State Representative Dennis Richardson.  House Concurrent Resolution 9 (HCR 9) reads, “In memoriam: Secretary of State and former state Representative Dennis Michael Richardson.” and follows with a dozen honors to his achievements.”

For the low-tax liberty movement in Oregon, Dennis Richardson was a great communicator who knew how to connect with people and move ideas along.  He was also tireless in his effort at offering solutions to any Legislative or social problem.

HCR 9 is a blessed idea.
