Dahlgren finds dead overdosed body on street, shields it from thieves

Independent journalist and homeless advocate, Kevin Dahlgren, reports that he found a dead homeless person who died of an overdose on the streets of Portland.  No one seemed to care or get help.  He protected the body from thieves after 911 was called.  View the post below, then follow Dahlgren and financially support him.

I found a body on the streets of Portland. 911 was called and it took them two hours to arrive. He was clutching tinfoil meaning he died of a fentanyl overdose.
