Chart: Drop in generic congressional ballot party

CNN highlighted an Enten’s Aggregate poll showing an 8 point drop of the difference between Democratic candidate and Republican candidate since 2017.  This question is asking voters which political party do you favor at the moment for a Congressional candidate.   The Democratic one has entered into an ebb at this moment in time.
