Oregon Homeless: 75% are imports, some flown in

Independent journalist and homeless advocate Kevin Dahlgren points out that Oregon homeless are upset that homeless from other states are being shipped into our state.  Dahlgren interviewed one homeless woman who said she was flown into Oregon from California.  View the post below, then follow Dahlgren and financially support him.

Quote from a Portland homeless man, “So many of the people that I meet and talked to, that are from, you know,that are from homeless here are from other cities. Like, you know, just in the past five years it’s really became a big thing where like literally 75% of the people I talked to are from, you know,the East Coast, wherever, wherever…these places have been pushing their problems into Portland, you know, because we have all these resources, right, you know… I met people from Chicago, New York City, and they literally bought them a one-way ticket to Portland.”
