Oregon doles out $17M to drain our electric grid

By Taxpayers Association of Oregon Foundation,

The State of Oregon is giving away $17 million in cash grants to businesses that buy electric vans, buses and trucks under the Zero-Emission Rebate for Oregon Fleets Program.

You can get up to $120,000 rebate per vehicle in some circumstances.

This comes at the same Oregon has announced that we may experience rolling blackouts next year due to limited energy supply from our grid.

This is how we got a shortage of electricity in Oregon:

• Oregon closed its only coal plant.
• Oregon just demolished a fully functioning hydro dam.
• Liberal activist blocked a critical power station expansion in Portland.
• Politicians paid tech companies to move here (lavish tax credits) that use extreme amounts of electricity.
• Politicians paid rich Oregonians to buy EV vehicles (lavish tax credits), which drains our energy supply.
