Nude kidnapper in park, claims lack of sleep

This week, a man was running around Portland’s Waterfront Park punching people and attempting to kidnap a 7-year old girl who was with her parents.

Witnesses said the man kept claiming he was God.

Upon arrest he said that his lack of sleep contributed to the episode.  He had earlier in the day checked into a medical clinic on it but abruptly left.
