Polar vortex is caused by… GLOBAL WARMING!

Even though President Obama’s chief scientist is telling us that the polar vortex and freezing weather that has been gripping much of the nation were caused by… GLOBAL WARMING, a number of cartoonists observing the global warming expedition trapped in Antarctic ice aren’t so sure about “global warming”.
