The Jackson County Republican Party is hosting a special Lincoln Day event for young Oregonians. The event is focused on helping them find their voice in a constantly shifting landscape of politics and social media.
The keynote speaker, Rebecca Tweed, is a top political strategist in Oregon who has worked on more than 40 political campaigns. She served as Campaign Coordinator for the highly successful No on 97 campaign. Rebecca’s goal has been to make a difference in Oregon’s social and political affairs as well as always playing a role in bettering her community. She’s a native Oregonian and graduate of Syracuse U. Rebecca was named one of the 10 Amazing Women Who Are Changing Oregon by Portland Monthly and was named one of the 40 Under 40 rising political consultants nationwide by the AAPC.
Also speaking is Aaron Covarrubias, Chairman of the Oregon Federation of College Republicans and Reagan Knopp, Editor in Chief of Oregon Catalyst.
