Downtown attacker’s long crime record. Victim speaks.

According to Police, Marquis Love, the man alleged to have attacked an innocent man, Adam Haner, in downtown Portland, has been arrested seven times since 2020.  The charegs include -Domestic assault, domestic harassment, robbery and criminal trespassing. He is currently on the loose.
