Oregon Governor Kate Brown has reversed herself and is now demanding schools re-open for in-person learning.  In her announcement, she rejected any disagreement and said, “Whether or not public schools should return kids to the classroom this spring is no longer up for discussion.”

To that we reply, “Because you made school COVID decisions behind closed doors it was never really up for discussion to begin with”

Two secrecy scandals in a week over COVID data

The fact that Oregon is now among the last remaining states not to be open for schools, it looks more like Governor Brown is courageously attacking a straw man while the rest of America has moved on.
