3 Omicron cases in Oregon. CA ramps up mask rule

Three cases of Omicron have been found in Oregon (1 Multnomah, 2x Washington).

Although only one case of death has been cited by Omicron by the CDC as of 12/1/21, there is concern that the appearance might trigger more Oregon restrictions like California.  Recently, California reimposed indoor mask mandate for both vaccinated and unvaccinated.
