A Florida Judge struck down the national mask mandate in transit and airports yesterday.   This comes after a judge struck down the Federal Covid eviction ban and another judge struck down the Federal employee vaccination mandate.  As a result, Portland International Airport has dropped their mask requirement.

Despite this, The Portland-regional transit service, Tri-Met, plans to keep the mask mandate going.  One person Tweeted a reply to Tri-Met, “And yet you do not enforce people wearing them, why post about it if you do nothing about wearing them? Seems kind of counter intuitive.”
