(video) Brazen home invader days prior was jailed/freed for assault

A man arrested for breaking into a Portland home had been previously arrested a few days prior for assaulting a woman on the street, attacking her from behind for no reason.

The story is shocking, because as you can see in the video, the erratic criminal was busting into a family home while the family was having dinner with their children.   The presence of someone in the house only made the criminal attack them out of pure viciousness.

This is more reason why Oregon’s defunding police, Kate Brown’s 1,000 early release of criminals and Tina Kotek’s many years of soft-on-crime laws she passed (reducing prison time for numerous crimes) has been a wild political failure.
