Judge suspends Measure 114

A preliminary injunction ordered by a Harney County judge will suspend Oregon’s Measure 114 until a full trial can be held. The measure would have gone into effect on December 8th. The measure is on hold for a trail to determine the Constitutionality of the measure. Oregon has a more Second Amendment friendly Constitution than the U.S. Constitution.
