4x arrested serial window basher strikes again!

Gresham Police are looking for Garret Fine who is the chief suspect in the breaking of two business windows by throwing large rocks.  If arrested, this would be his 5th arrest for vandalism.

We previously reported,“As KGW-TV reports, suspect 25-year-old Garret Fine was arrested four times in one week for vandalism which included destroying business windows in downtown Gresham.In one instance, he was arrested twice in one day. A single spree might mean up to 10 businesses were hit — costing tens of thousands of dollars.”
