25 states cut taxes … why not Oregon?

Here is a list of states that cut taxes since 2021 according to the national Tax Foundation.

Many of these states are so-called Blue-liberal states like Wisconsin, Michigan, Colorado, New York and Pennsylvania.

Since Oregon is in the top 10 for income taxes (Middle Class effective rate) and business taxes, there is plenty of room to cut taxes.
