Chart: View the $$ fleeing Portland

We added to an Oregonian/Census data chart showing growth in personal income and how everyone outside Portland’s borders is growing by at least 2% while Portland struggles to grow at a half percent.

You can see the money leaving Portland.

This is why there were Strabucks, Wal-Marts and Targets that closed in Portland this year but not in Washington/Clackamas County.

You can see it in population changes.
