Radical Judge Appointed to Oregon District Court Because of Republican Senator No-Shows

Perhaps you’ve heard about President Biden’s judicial nominees who not even all Democrats will support that are getting rammed through the Senate because several Republican senators have been absent. That includes a duesey of an appointee for our state.

Back in June, Chuck Schumer had to pull Mustafa Kasubhai’s nomination to be a district court judge in Oregon, because Joe Manchin wouldn’t vote for the far-left Eugene, Oregon magistrate judge, given Kasubhai’s anti-police record. The Senate confirmed him on Tuesday because too many Republican senators didn’t show up. Each has his excuse, but there is no excuse for such dereliction of responsibility.
