SCR 13 designates official Oregon steak???

Senate Concurrent Resolution 13 (SCR 13) designates the T-Bone as the official steak of Oregon. Upon crowning the T-bone as the official steak of Oregon, the text of SCR 13 does mention a qualifying fact that “Whereas embracing the excellent qualities of one steak does not diminish the value of other steaks” as to not diminish alternative steak cuts.

The measure SCR 13 also cites the “deep connection that beef has with the State of Oregon”.
