Last Friday the distributor of Atlas Shrugged contacted me to say that our efforts to get the movie in Portland had paid off. He booked Atlas Shrugged Part 1 (of the movie trilogy) into the Fox Tower theater in Downtown Portland for opening weekend, April 15-16-17th. It will run at least through April 21st.

If you’ve read the book you’ll know why the movie is opening on Tax Day, April 15th. Many Cascade supporters and Atlas fans plan to see it opening weekend, so get your tickets before seats are sold out.
If you want to follow the Portland debut details on Facebook, go here.
For those of you not near Portland, Atlas producers have created a proprietary “Demand It” link. If you’re in a city that hasn’t yet booked the movie for opening weekend, please go to the link below and “Demand” that it run in your city, if not opening weekend then shortly thereafter.
