Poor Roseburg was left out of Oregon town hall tour

Is it just us, or you also notice something missing when the The Oregon Senate and House Joint Committee on Ways and Means announced their statewide town hall tour on the Oregon budget?

As seen on the map above, Astoria, Gresham, Salem, Klamath Falls, Warm Springs and La Grande locations cover a lot of Oregon, but poor Roseburg and Southern Coastal people are nowhere near the town hall.

We applaud, the tour for reaching out to voters, but don’t forget the down valley folks.   We know they get overshadowed by Eugene and their over-achieving football team and their zany liberal antics news headlines, but down valley folks are still cherished Oregonians.

Just saying.
