This weekend, utility rates up 5% (on top of 15% gas tax hike)

Oregon largest natural gas utility is raising rates by 5% this weekend.

This comes as the Oregon Legislature passed Hb 3991 which raises gas taxes by 15%, DMV fees by 100% and the transit wage payroll tax by 100%.

It all adds up.
