Congress Scorecard Correction: Con. Bynum did vote for Laken Riley Act

We caught a typo within a few hours of showcasing the 2025 Oregon Congress scorecard this morning. The original (incorrect) scorecard showed Congresswoman Janelle Bynum voting against Laken Riley Act, but in fact she did (and encouraging so) vote for this act that helps to detain illegal non-citizens who commit certain crimes.
