Portland anti-July 4 sign is why we fight for 250

Above is a far-Left sign that was strewn across a Portland bridge above Interstate 84 that decried, “The 4th is a lie.  Built on Genocide”.

This isn’t just a sign .. it is what our children are being taught in our schools, on Tik-Tok and in the media.

• A Newberg teacher removed the American Flag from her classroom, calling it a symbol of “violence”

• Statues of President George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson,  Teddy Roosevelt and a statue honoring Oregon trail pioneers were torn down during the 2020 riots and have not been restored because city leaders say they offend people.

•Bend removed a billboard that featured an Oregon trail chuck wagon because protesters found it offensive.

• Vandals wrote “End America” outside the Oregon Historical Society in 2020.

• Woman waved “Abolish America’ sign at a 2020 Portland protest.

• Vandals put up stickers in Portland saying, “America was never free”

This is why Jason Williams and the Taxpayers Association of Oregon ….

• Created Oregon250.com.

• Put 8 half-page ads in Oregon newspapers for the Oregon 250 resolution.

•  Got 10,000 people to sign the Oregon 250 Resolution petition.

• Inspired people to share their “Thankful to be an American” stories.

Every Independence Day and Thanksgiving Day (which liberals also call genocide) is a time to protect our history (from lies) and to build upon our shared successes and values.
