Low voter turn out makes Measure 101 unpredictable

The Oregon special election for the Measure 101 Health Care Tax is looking like a very low turn-out election.  This means the fate of Measure 101 hangs on fewer votes and it is more important than ever to turn in your ballot.  The Taxpayer Association of Oregon urges a No vote on this $330 million tax on health care insurance and hospitals.  Turn in your ballots today.
