Jerry Spriggs will be speaking on Equal Voice Voting which works to stop disenfranchising voters (because states
typically allocate “winner take all” allocation of electors)and instead count everybody.

Jerry Spriggs retired from a 30+ year career as a curriculum designer and corporate trainer. His board game design hobby led him to secure an MS education degree with an emphasis in instructional design. Jerry began his career developing training for the Navy, then managed the team developing F-16 pilot training for the Air Force, and oversaw training teams for Hewlett-Packard, working with different types of state agencies. Mr. Spriggs also was an adjunct faculty member for Glendale and Rio Salado Community Colleges, and as an entrepreneur, his business team served companies as diverse as American Express, Honeywell, Motorola, and Freightliner.
