Gov. warns of travel restrictions, outdoor only dining

Governor Kate Brown warned last week, “If we don’t step up to the next level then I am going to have to take more restrictive action.”

This includes:

(1) More business restrictions which would include limiting restaurants to outside dining only
(2) Actually closing businesses and
(3) Travel restrictions which could entail quarantine peroids

Cases have stabilized to 300 cases a day but Brown indicates that it needs to be closer to 60 cases a day to be safe.
