Oregon Governor Tina Kotek visited Baker County last week as part of her listening tour.   One comment online shared on how that they had no idea that the State’s highest officer visited their small town because there was no way of knowing.  This was a similar statement by others who had no clue to when Kotek visits their town because it is not adequately made public so people can attend.

We know Kotek visited a business in Baker County and that appears to be  most of what she did.  Like the rest of her listening tour, Kotek doesn’t seem to actually visit many people or do much listening by the looks of it.

Kotek is not only NOT listening in her listening tour, she is not listening to the Legislature by the fact that she allowed 300 bills to pile up on her desk before she decided to ask the public on whether she should veto them (read more here).  By the time Kotek decided to act on her bills, the Lawmakers were already out of the building.
