Lars Larson: Democrats voted against tax cuts that 81% people favor

Northwest Democrats in Congress seem incredibly out of step with the Americans they claim to represent.

This week, every last member of the Party of Slavery voted in favor of higher taxes.

Democrats voted against shielding Social Security, overtime and tip wages from taxes. Names you know here in the Pacific Northwest … Bonamici, Bynum, Hoyle and Salinas. Perez, Randall, Larsen and DelBene.

Remember that the cuts enjoyed by all American taxpayers 8 years ago are set to expire January 1 of next year…if not renewed. Democrats in Congress votes against extending the tax cuts which would jack up income taxes 1 trillion dollars

Remember that when they ask for your votes next year.

The multi trillion dollar budget bill still passed, with all of President Trump’s most important issues intact…closing the border, national defense, sensible energy production and tax cuts…4.5 billion of them…and two trillion in government spending cuts.

Just a reminder the latest polls out THIS WEEK SHOW all of those issues enjoy at least majority support from Americans…ranging from a LOW of 57% to as much as 81 percent in favor.

But maybe that’s what voters in Washington and Oregon want…floods of illegal aliens, ridiculously high electric rates, a military run into the ground by social and sexual experimenting.

If so, they could win re-election next year.

Imagine the campaigns: “Vote for us. We kept your taxes high, your government fat with waste and your utility bills stratospheric”.
