Police captain caught using heat-radar to hunt deer

A police captain in Canby is under investigation for using the police infra-red thermal imaging radar for his personal hunting trip.  Read more here.

The story gets more interesting because the suspect is a retired officer who gets over $110,000 a year in State Government Pension while retired.  He is retired at age 50.   Yet, he is allowed to work a set number of hours a week back in the same line of work.
