Think this photo on news of Nordstrom closing key store

The Portland Mayor said the head of Portland downtown Nordstrom’s says he doesn’t know how much they can hold on.   This store is an anchor store for the City.  It is high-prime real estate spot directly across from Pioneer Courthouse square making it one of the key faces of downtown Portland businesses.

This photo, captured by Taxpayers Association of Oregon, showcased a usual riot in Portland.  The Nordstrom building was bashed on several sides.  The anti-Capitalism message is one of the messages shared by both rioters and Portland politicians.

So if Nordstrom leaves, remember who kicked them when they were down.
