Second 40-ft. whale washes ashore

This is the second time a large whale has washed ashore Tillicum beach near Yachats, Oregon.  Although the focus of the cause has been whales not finding enough food, we remind the public that boat collisions are also a major cause of beached whales.   The public needs to do its part in preventative measures.  Read more.
