88,000 Oregonians leave. Chart shows impact.

The latest data on driver license changes show that 88,000 Oregonians have moved to another state.  This is measured by the number of Oregonians who have surrendered their drivers license.   The number of new Oregonians dropping their state drivers license has been shrinking and represents a five year low.

This reflects the forecast on Congressional seats based on the past 5-year trends.  Based on this, Oregon will lose a Congressional seat and California will lose 4 seats!   Idaho, Utah and Arizona will pick up 2 seats each.
