Is it a good idea for Portland to leave the JTTF

Lars Larson transcript,

Nine years ago a 19 year old Muslim terrorist tried to blow up a Christmas tree lighting ceremony 5 blocks down the street from my radio studio. It would have killed or injured thousands who had gathered for the event. The FBI charged Mohamed Osman Mohamud. The judge sent him to prison for 30 years. That’s just one of dozens of terrorist events that have happened in the Northwest over the last 20 years, and yet even knowing that, the Portland City Council voted to drop out of the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. The JTTF is a coalition of law enforcement agencies who share information and resources to stop folks like that Somali refugee kid, Mohammad, and stop them from committing acts of terrorism. Commissioners apparently feel that keeping the city safe from terrorism will get in he way of their “Sanctuary City” policies that protect illegal aliens.

Think of that the next time you cast a ballot. Whether the folks you elect care more about you, or the jihadies.
