Oregon avoids virus rebound, but one question remains…

Oregon and its leaders should be complimented for our state’s success in re-opening and avoiding the latest measure of national hot spots where the virus has returned.   This is good news.

However, the question remains on the early re-open states.  Georgia, Florida, Nevada, Texas and Oklahoma were all among the nation’s first to open states, and yet they bypassed the recent hot spot metric.   Some of these states were neighbors to the greatest infection states.   We need to go through the data to find out how these states were able to re-open and not see a hot spot emerge from it.   We should learn from what we find if the data holds.
