Taxpayers Association of Oregon
Oregon has to make some big decisions and we invite everyone to offer your opinion.
As the numbers on the above chart show, Oregon COVID-19 cases are up in large numbers.
At the same time, people needing a hospital for their virus treatment has remained somewhat level.
Increased cases was expected as Oregon opened up. This also was expected due to increased testing — yet the number of people tested (see chart below) has been around the same level for the whole month of June.
We seek public input.
Is the Governor’s new mask mandate for all customers in indoor facilities the right call? Too little? Too much?
What are we missing in this debate?
