Oregon police need our support — not cop bashing

Our Oregon law enforcement men and women who put their lives on the line are under attack. In Portland, the politicians have been defunding police programs while at the same time disarming them by removing the tools they need to fight riots. The nightly riots in Portland have gone on for over 40 days! Bricks, rocks and mortars have been raining on our peace officers trying to protect our Justice Center. Protesters use laser pointers to blind officers. These are 40 days of being attacked and being asked to work in the middle of a pandemic.

The Salem Reporter has reported that attackers have been posting home addresses of police officers online as a harassment tool.

Our Oregon police officers are being exploited as political scapegoats for politicians and activist who are using bad officers a thousand miles away.

We need to support our police in these troubled times.
