Portland defunds police. Homicides triple.

The Wall Street Journal reports that crime has skyrocketed this summer compared to last.

Homicides have tripled.  Shootings have injured 159 people this year, up from 88 last year.

This happened after the City cuts its police police budget by around $15 million.
