Breakthrough: Restaurants re-open in 9 counties, 14 still closed

Oregon COVID cases are going down as Oregon Governor Kate Brown announces that 9 counties, some of Oregon largest, have most from extreme to high and will now allow indoor restaurants to open with limitations.  Same with gyms and movie theaters.  Woo-hoo!
