Feds give Oregon $4.3B …no need for tax hikes

The Oregonian reports that Oregon’s share of the stimulus package is $4.3 billion.  This money is for all expenses related to dealing with the pandemic including handling out raises.

This $4.3 billion already comes on top of funds already provided through earlier Federal stimulus funding.

Lawmakers should pull these taxes off the table, balance the budget, fix the pressing issues and go home.
