Another Oregon House Democrat Under Investigation for Harassment

Oregon State Representative Brad Witt (D-Clatskanie) is currently under investigation by the Oregon Legislature for an unknown kind of workplace harassment.

A complaint of harassment against a legislator by almost any person that has ever spent any time in the Oregon State Capitol triggers an investigation under Rule 27. The House Committee on Conduct meets today to put in place safety protocols to prevent additional harassment while an investigation is being conducted.

Former State Representative Diego Hernandez (D-Portland) resigned his seat earlier this year after multiple women with whom he had previous relationships came forward to accuse him of sexual harassment.
