Oregon #1 in nation for new cases. Lockdown nears.

The Oregonian cited NY Times data showing Oregon is leading the nation in the rate of new cases as measured by their two-week standard.  It has been a 58% increase.

As cases increase, it elevates each county threat level which then triggers a reversion to lockdowns and closed restaurants, gyms and other businesses.
