Oregon seems to have no re-open plan

According to the NY Times Oregon remains among the final four states with either no plan or date scheduled for re-open.  Just about every other state is officially open or scheduled to open in June.   Oregon, with one of the nation’s least Covid case states per-capita, is still choosing to play is extremely slow.
