Portland Public schools just approved a whopping $1.89 billion dollar budget.

That is $1.89 billion to serve 45,000 students or $40,000 per student for that budget year.

At the same time Portland Public schools are witnessing a 8%, 15%, 20% and even 30% enrollment decline.

Also, the politicians just dropped graduation standards, so now Portland will be paying more for less.

Also, Oregon schools are famous for having one of the shortest schools years in America.  As a result taxpayers are again paying more for less.
