Zelinski asks Oregon to cut Sister-City ties with Russia

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine requested several American cities to cut their Sister-City relationship with Russian cities.

This impacts cities such as Portland, San Diego and Jacksonville. Otehr cities like San Jose have declined. Chicago broke ties earlier this year.
