Another example of a silly firework banned in Oregon

Small firework tanks appear to be banned in places in Oregon.

The store said it is because these tanks may move a foot or two before they shoot sparkles and that is deemed too dangerous for Oregonians to be in the possession of.    Only “non-moving” firework tanks that look like tanks but do not move were allowed to be sold in the Oregon store we visited (Washington County/ Deschutes County).

Of course in Portland, if maybe you fill the tank with fentanyl or pot and smoke it in legal open-air drug use, then it possibly could be legal?  We are unsure.

The firework tanks that actually move (as pictured above) were available in the free State of Washington.

Portland is even more restrictive as they have banned all fireworks — including sparklers.
