Non-stop NW Vandalism as funds dry up.

Across the river from Portland in Vancouver, vandals completely sabotaged every single item (toilets, garbage can, soap dispenser, etc) in the Pacific Community Park facilities.

The Portland Chinese Garden was vandalized last month.

One notorious vandal was convicted last month in Portland of 70 different convictions than include hitting dozens of businesses.  He was found with over 60 cans of spray paint.

 

At the same time, ODOT announced it has run out of money for graffiti removal for Portland because it has become so bad.   Mayor Ted Wheeler is asking Kotek for millions to help with Portland recently.
