(oops!) Drug lord behind 11M dose bust, set free

Luis Funez was a local drug kingpin in Portland. He had 10 felony charges. He never showed up to court. He was hunted down and busted again — this time with 50 pounds of fentanyl totaling 11 million doses.  This was one of the biggest fentanyl busts in Oregon history.

Yet, despite being a fugitive from the court and making history-breaking drug stashes, he was allowed to walk again.   He failed to make his latest court date.

His network was so big that even Idaho law enforcement was involved.   Funez left behind his AK-47 and AR-15 rifles (seen in photo).

Angry at Oregon’s top criminals being released, citizens have launched an anti-crime petition to stop early release.   They are trying to get a 1,000 sponsor signatures in order to qualify for a ballot title (and then proceed to gather more signatures for the 2024 ballot).

Don’t sit this one out.  Request this anti-crime petition.
