Thief with anti-cop forehead tattoo easily found

A man who tried to rob a civilian in Gladstone, fled the scene and was easily discovered by police because of his tattoo horns on his forehead as well as his “F**k Cops” eyebrow tattoos.  Read more.

This story reminds me of the tattooed Portland rioter who vandalized a business lobby, was arrested and released that night, and for which he re-joined the riot and tried to burn the Federal Courthouse and was re-arrested again.  Twice in one night.
